Desperate Living: monthly queer punk

After a memorable July night of debauchery and rock and roll performance sure to bring down property values, Desperate Living is back on Friday, August 4th at The Stud. This time, we'll be importing a few of NYC's sleaziest performers.

IT'S ALSO TEENY TURNER & JERK OF ALL TRADES BIRTHDAY PARTY!

HOSTED BY: The one and only, the woman that kept Friday nights alive at the STUD for so many years at club SOMETHING, one of the co-owners of the bar itself...... VivvyAnne ForeverMORE

Every month we run what we hope is the most absurd raffle in the Bay Area. The winner(s), among other things, have the opportunity to pie a drag queen in the face. All proceeds go to a charity we feel align with our values and is doing stellar work in the community. This month we are stoked to be working with Lyric who works directly with LGBTQAI+ youth!

LYRIC’s mission is to build community and inspire positive social change through education enhancement, career training, health promotion, and leadership development with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQQ) youth, their families, and allies of all races, classes, genders, and abilities.
