The Stud Collective seeks new worker/owner members.

This year The Stud turns 60.
The Stud Collective also celebrates 10 years of
stewarding our special queer home.

Since stepping in to save the bar from closing in 2016, we've been through some wild times: learning to run a business together, a pandemic, closing, re-opening in a new space; all while staying true to our vision of ensuring the Stud remains a place for all queer people to gather for decades into the future.

The Collective was always meant to grow and change with worker/owner members joining and leaving. With all of this hard work behind us, we are ready to begin searching for new members to join the collective journey into a bright, queer nightlife future.
Over the coming months, we are launching a process to grow our membership.

We'll be welcoming inquiries about joining the collective as well as sharing information on how we operate and how prospective members can be a part of ensuring that The Stud lasts another 60 years.

Our first steps will be an informational town hall later in the summer. Until then, if you're interested in receiving info about joining, either follow the link in our bio to submit your interest. We likely can't respond to everyone individually, but we'll get you on the list for more information.

Additionally, if you know a collective member, feel free to reach out to them as well.

We urge anyone who is interested to sign up for more info, regardless of identity, experience, or income. We’re all very excited to discover the next members to join the family and join us on this incredible path through our queer history and into our queer future!
