Back for Folsom! Bark Before Dark, your favorite happy hour for pups, pets, and handlers, is back at The Stud.

Bark Before Dark is equal parts social hour and sensory playground. Spend the golden hour mingling in the outdoor mosh space, let loose in the indoor play area, or just soak in the atmosphere on the dance floor while our DJs keep the energy moving and our gogo dancers keep things interesting. Whether you’re deep in the scene or just pup-curious, the vibe is welcoming, playful, and unapologetically queer.

Bark Before Dark has always been about community, a chance to find your crew before the weekend sweeps you up in its kinky chaos. Come early, stay late, and head into Folsom weekend already feeling the love.

Spots are limited and this one fills up fast, so grab your tickets early. Prices range from $15–$20. Leash up, gear up, or show up exactly as you are!

The Queer Beret returns for it’s fifth edition and one year anniversary! This recurring queer variety show takes place at favorite-gay-ass haunt, The Stud, and is hosted by Ryan Patrick Welsh, aka The 8th Best Legs in San Francisco. The Queer Beret celebrates live music, queer community, and the dazzling abundance of bay area talent and creativity. Each themed quarterly show will be a veritable lazy susan of artistic expression– from cabaret to burlesque to games to poetry to who knows what else. Palace of Trash is at it again with a drag rock opera on acid like you’ve never seen before!

For one night only at the @studsf , Palace of Trash will tell the tale of a sex worker in New York who was born before September 11th and has no understanding of what happened. With the help of 3 magical city creatures they find in their dungeon, they go on a journey through time and space and find out what really happened back then, how it all connects to our present day woes, and ends in an epic battle against fascism. Told through songs that were banned from the radio after 9/11, this show is a must-see for those who lived through it, were born after, and those that continue the work to end the madness.
