OTHER STRANGER is a musical gathering at the STUD. The focus of this night is experimental mutated rhythms and raw, primitive electronics through live performance and DJ sets.

HOGG (live, Chicago, Scrapres Recordings) HOGG is a duo from Chicago. They build songs around a spare foundation of heavy electronic pulses punctured by occasional stabs of distorted guitar, floor tom, and biological samples. They released their "Self-Extinguishing Emission" LP on Scrapes Recordings in 2018 and were recently featured on the Eminent Domain compilation on L.I.E.S featuring artists from the "massive contemporary underbelly of the oddball sonic bottom dwellers making noise across the 50 states."

DemonSleeper (live) Alexandra Buschman started making experimental music in 1999 Puerto Rico with electro-acoustic group Synesthesia, with Angélica Negrón. Teeyam (DJ, They're Here,)
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Teeyam is a staple in San Francisco dance music scene. He is a true music lover and film enthusiast, oftentimes reflected in his genre-bending, cinematic style sets.Teeyam is the co-founder of enigmatic They're Here parties and assists with programming for Mutek San Francisco.
